is it possible that i could be pregnant?

I’ve been having headaches,nausea, fatigue,lower back pain, stomach cramps, constipation, and diarrhea, bleeding gums and mood swings and heartburn. My last normal period was september 3rd(I had an abnormal one october 1st) my doctor took a test tuesday the 20th and it was negative. I’m suppose to start the 29th but my nipples aren’t sore and sensitive like they normally are starting a week before my period. I’m also getting bad acne and dandruff which is abnormal for me. Could I be pregnant and the test the doctors took be wrong?

It could have been too early for the doctors to detect the pregnancy. I would take a home pregnancy test, if it comes out negative, wait a week and take another.

Then go to the doctor and get another test done.
