Lower Back Pain Labor Sign

Lower back pain after sex. Is this LABOR?!!?

I’m 37 and a half weeks pregnant. The last time my doctor checked my cervix was three weeks ago and I was 1cm dilated, 50% effaced, and the baby was at station -1. I’ve been hoping to go into labor soon because I’ve been feeling very sick and uncomfortable lately. So today when I noticed I was having pretty strong contractions me and my husband had sex. Pretty much right afterwards I noticed that I’m having a very dull lower back ache sort of like when your on your period and intense contractions. Did it work? I’ve been having contractions for weeks but this is the first time I’ve had this back pain. Is the back pain a sign of labor or could it just be from having sex? I’ve never noticed back pain after sex before but I guess it’s possible. Thank you for your help and responses!
