Lower Back Pain Kidney Cancer

I’m 19 years old, what are the chances that I have kidney cancer?

I’ve been feeling a bit dizzy for about 4 days now. I have blood in my urine and a slight dull pain on my lower right back where my right kidney is exactly located. Could I have kidney cancer? Or could it be something else like kidney stones? I’m really nervous, frightened and scared. This possibility is driving me crazy to the point that I’ve already cried at the possibility that I could die! Someone please help!
Sometimes the blood is visible sometimes it’s not. The pain in my lower back is sometimes sharp sometimes more dull. When I urinate, it also feels a bit like burning or “rough” if that makes any sense.

Go see a doctor. The chance of having cancer at your age is low. A kidney stone is possible but best to go get checked out.
