Lower Back Pain Joint
Joint pain medication? OPC-3?
Well, I've been recovering for more than 2 months of the sacroiliac joint / back pain low. I've been through physical therapy and completed a month of it. I feel that slowly but gradually improving. I really do not want to get an intervention surgery or steroid injection which he said was an option. I was recommended by a trusted friend take Isotonix OPC-3. I just want to see if anyone else has heard or used this material, or if theres a better one out there?
OPC3 my dad because I had severe fibromyalgia. it works decently well for him. if you're desperate to seek relief, I'd go for it! good luck:)
