Lower Back Pain Home Remedies
Anyone know home remedies for back pain besides pain medicine?
I’ve worked all week and my upper back has been hurting severely. It’s just in my lower back and when I bent over, it feels worse and when I stand up or sit down it’s not as bad, but its still pretty bad. Anybody know any home remedies of what I might can try to do to feel better, hopefully in the next three hours before I have to goto class for 3 hours
